Dogfish Head Brewery

The Dogfish Head Brewery, near Rehoboth Beach DE, is one of the largest craft breweries in the US. I used to homebrew, so I found it all interesting. You can tour the plant, get some free samples, then spend the afternoon eating food and drinking beer.  🙂

Some photos from a tour.

The yeast is added here. Most of Dogfish Head beer is made with their own strain of yeast called “Doggie”.
