Saratoga Battlefield

The Battle of Saratoga was a turning point in the Revolutionary War. It removed an entire British Army from the chessboard, isolated the remaining British forces from their friendly bases in Canada, and forced the Brits to turn southward–where they eventually lost at Yorktown.

The battlefield is also a nice nature walk.  This is a Sparrow, but I’m not sure which species.
